At some point in time, most girls want to start wearing makeup, but it can be hard to talk to your Mom about this. Before you talk with her, determine why you want to wear makeup and write down what you plan to say. Be willing to compromise with her and have her set some limits. No matter what the answer is, be respectful and have a positive attitude.
