Storyline
The Strict Boss: Ramprasad needs a job. He works for Bhavani Shankar, an orthodox man who hates sports, casual clothes, and anyone without a mustache.
The White Lie: Ramprasad shaves his mustache off to attend a football match. When his boss spots him, Ramprasad panics and claims he has an identical twin brother named Laxmanprasad who lacks morals and a mustache.
The Double Life: To keep up the act, Ramprasad wears a fake mustache at work and acts like a boring, conservative worker. Without the mustache, he behaves as a modern, music-loving person who opposes his boss.
The Chaos: Complications multiply when his boss forces him to interact with both personalities, hiring his "twin" as a music teacher, and pulling in a fake mother to complete the deception.

It is a remake of the 1961 Bengali film Kanamachhi, which was based on a play by Sailesh Dey.
