Mysore Pak

Ingredients

Chana dal flour    :    1 cup
Sugar        :    2 cup
Ghee         :    1/2  cup





Method    

Set microwave to high power.
In a microsafe plate, mix1 tsp ghee with chana dal flour and  keep it in the oven for 1 -2 minutes. 
In a bowl, mix sugar with little water / milk and keep it in the oven for 1 -2 minutes.  
Add chana dal flour, ghee and  keep it in the oven for 4 -5 minutes at 80 % power.  
Stir the contents at every 1 minute intervals.
Remove from the oven and pour it on a greased plate and cut into desired shapes.
