Sweet Corn Soup - Chinese

Ingredients:

Tender corn kernels - 1 cup
Sweet corn cream - 2 spoons (optional)
vegetable cubes - 2 
sugar - 1/2 tsp. 
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp.
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp. 
corn flour - 3 tbsp.  
Vinegar - 2 tbsp.  
Salt

Method

1. Remove Corn kernels by using a sharp knife. 
2. Boil the corn kernels and set aside.
3. Mix the corn flour in ½ cup water and keep aside.
4. In a deep pan add water, the vegetable cubes, salt and sugar and the corn kernels. 
5. To this add the creamed corn as well.
6. Boil on medium heat and add the corn paste and stir continuously.
7. Add Soya sauce and Vinegar.
8. Keep stirring till the soup is thick and clear.
