600 gms boiled Rice (brown rice)
100 gms raw Rice
300 gms urad dal
3 cups white portion of water melon (you can add more or less)
1/2 tsp yeast
salt to taste
sugar to taste
Method:
1. Grind the rice with white portion of water melon and salt. Add water
only if required.
2. Grind urad dal with yeast, mix all together and keep it for fermenting.
3. Rest everything is same as other type of idlies
