Baby Corn Manchurian

Ingredients:

Baby Corn- 10 .

Maida- 2 tsp

Corn Flour- 6 tsp.

pepper powder- as per taste.

Salt  -as per taste.

Soya sauce-2 tsp.

Tomato Sauce -2 tsp.

Chilly sauce -2 tsp.

Egg- 1(optional).

Onion -finely chopped ( comes along with spirng onion).

Capsicum - 1 big.

Spring onions green - 1.

Kesar podwer- for colour.

Green chilly -2 finely chopped.


Method:

Cut baby corn length wise (bit thin pieces)

Mix maida,corn flour, pepper ,salt , 1 tsp of all sauces and egg. use water and form a thick paste.

Dip baby corns and deep fry  and keep aside.

Heat butter in pan add the chopped onions, capsicum , chilly and 1 sponn of all sauces.

Add the fried baby corns and kesari powder (Orange red) which gives a beautiful red colour.

Disolve 1 spoon of corn flour in half glass of water and add it to the above mixture 

Finally granish them with greens of spring onion.
