Use Shiatsu for Heartburn

Shiatsu is a form of massage originated out of ancient Japanese hand therapy. The word itself comes from 2 Japanese words "shi" and "atsu" meaning finger pressure. Shiatsu is believed to work by massaging specific pressure points balancing the body's "qi' or the flow and balance of the body's energy. Shiatsu is believed to help heal many ailments including headaches, body aches, stress, insomnia and depression. There are also specific ways how to use shiatsu for heartburn.
