Chinese Bhel

Ingredients

Noodles - 400 gm
Onion - 1
Cucumber - 1
Capsicum - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomato -1
Green chillies - 4  to 5
Coriander leaves - 2tbsp
Tomato sauce - ½ cup
Salt - ½ cup
Pepper
Maida - 4tbsp
Cornflour - 4tbsp
Oil to fry

Method

1.Boil noodles and wash with cold water and spread on a cloth for half an hour.

2.Apply oil on noodles.

3.Sprinkle  maida and cornflour on noodles.

4.Heat oil in a pan  and fry noodles.

5.Chop all the vegetables.

6.Mix noodles,vegetables and rest of the ingredients properly.

7.Serve.
