Ingredients

Carrot - 3 
Onion - 2

Bamboo shoot - 1/4 kilo
Ginger - a small piece
Button mushroom - 100 gm
Beansprouts - 200 gm
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Vegetable stock - 150 ml
Tomato ketchup- 50 ml
Soya sauce - to taste
Spring onions - 6
