Fish Grill Fry





 The Marinade A classic spice blend that complements : • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste • 1 tbsp Lemon juice • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder • 1-2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder (or paprika) • 1 tsp Coriander powder • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder • 1/4 tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain) • Salt to taste 

 Cooking Instructions 

 1. Prep the Fish: Score the fish on both sides so the marinade penetrates the flesh.
 2. Marinate: Rub the spice paste evenly over the fish and let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
 3. Sear: Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and grease it generously with coconut or vegetable oil. 
 4. Grill: Place the fish on the hot pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side until a crispy crust forms. 
 5. Flip & Finish: Gently flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
