Octopus - Cephalopod Mollusc

The octopus  is a cephalopod mollusc of the order Octopoda. It has two eyes and four pairs of arms and, like other cephalopods, it is bilaterally symmetric. It has a beak, with its mouth at the center point of the arms. It has no internal or external skeleton (although some species have a vestigial remnant of a shell inside their mantles), allowing it to squeeze through tight places. Octopuses are among the most intelligent and behaviorally diverse of all invertebrates.

Baros - Maldives,Indonesia

On a small private island in the middle of the Indian Ocean is Baros Maldives, a heavenly Eden overlooking a glistening blue lagoon. Elegant, secluded villas with palm thatched roofs are either over water or facing the beach while a padi diving centre, a spa with a tranquil water garden, several restaurants overlooking the sea and gentle sea breezes all ensure a holiday in paradise.

Gloriously peaceful, the sandstone and timber beach villas at Baros Maldives are sheltered by large banana leaves and palms while the water villas have a private wooden deck for sunbathing and steps for dipping into the lagoon. Sleek teak flooring, a comfy sofa and designer lighting make these villas extra special.

Guelta d'Archei - Fada,Chad.

The Guelta d'Archei is probably the most famous guelta in the Sahara. It is located in the Ennedi Plateau, in north-eastern Chad, south-east of the town of Fada. The Guelta d'Archei is inhabited by several kinds of animals, most notably the Nile crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus Laurenti). Middle Holocene remains, as well as rock paintings, indicate that this species once thrived across most of today's Sahara Desert and in swamps and rivers along South Mediterranean shores. The small group of surviving crocodiles in the Guelta d'Archei represents one of the last colonies known in the Sahara today; the Tagant Plateau colony in Mauritania has likely been extinct since 1996
