Chicken Schezwan Rice - Indian

Ingredients:

250g Basmati Rice
1 cup Chicken
1 cup prawn
1/2 cup shrimp
1/2 cup mushroom chopped
1 green capsicum
3 spring onion chopped
1/2 tsp chili sauce
1 carrot chopped
1/4 cup french beans
1 onion sliced
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
Salt to taste
3 tsp oil
1 garlic chopped


Method:

1. Heat the oil, fry onion till golden brown. Add capsicum, celery, spring onion, carrot, beans and mushrooms. Cook for few mins until golden brown. And keep aside.
2. Take the another pan and fry chicken and prawn. Pour a little oil and chopped garlic. Remove it when it turns brown. keep aside.
3. Once oil is flavoured with garlic, place the rice in the same vessel. Now fry it for 5 mins.
4. Combine all vegetables, chicken and prawn. Cook the rice in the chicken stock. Mix all the sauces with cooked rice. Fry for 5 mins.
