500 gms of Chicken
1 spoon of Pepper Powder
1/4 spoon of cardamom powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp grated cheese
3 tbsp thick yogurt
2 tbsp cream
1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
2 green chilli
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste.
Method
Cut the chicken breast to pieces and remove the moisture by drying it in paper towel.
Take a bowl and add the pepper powder. ginger garlice paste, salt and keep this in the refrigerator for 20 mins.
Grind the cheese, corn flour, add thick Yogurt, cream, a pinch of salt, paste of coriander and green chilli.
Add the chicken to this mixture and then add the oil mix it well.
Refrigrate the marinated chicken in the freezer for an hour.
Grill the chicken in the oven at 350 degrees. It would take 20 mins to cook
Serve hot with thinly sliced onions and green yogurt chutney.
