4 cups boiled rice
coconut a little
salt to taste
A4 size banana leaves
Method:
1. Soak 4 cups of boiled rice in water.
2. Grind it with a small quantity of scraped coconut and make a thick paste. Add salt to taste.
3. Flatten a small portion on a A4 size banana leaf, roll it and steam it in tondoor till done.
4. Serve with Chicken rasa. —
