INGREDIENTS:

1 (16 ounce) package OREO Chocolate
Sandwich Cookies, divided
1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA
Cream Cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages BAKER'S Semi
-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
