Butter Chicken Fry - South Indian



Ingredients:

1 kg chicken
75 gms butter
1/2 cup yogurt
50g almonds
1 1/2 chilli powder
1/4 tsp bay leaves
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 ground cinnamon
1 tsp garam masala
4 green cardomom pods
1 tsp ginger piece
1 tsp garlic piece
1/2 cup tomato
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
2 onion chopped
2 tsp fresh coriander chopped
4 tsp cream
