Egg Fried Rice - Indian

INGREDIENTS:

Eggs :4 
cooked rice: 500 gms
carrot: 2 finely choped
green bell pepper: 1 finely chopped
green peas
panner
onions : 1 small finely chopped
Ajinomoto
salt
pepper
oil 4 tsp

In a bowl take the eggs and beat them add salt and pepper in that beaten egg

Cook the rice before 2 hrs of doing this recipe, while cooking add salt ,ajinomoto and 1/3 tsp of oil for taste.

Take a pan and add oil, after the oil is heated add the beaten eggs and make egg crumbs after the egg crumbs are made add the carrot, panner , bell pepper,onions which are finely chopped and place the lid on the pan.

After 5 mins vegetebles become soft and tender and then add already cooked rice and mix well

Again add salt and ajinomoto 1/2 pinch according to your taste

Now your favourite hot egg fried rice is ready
