Kaachi Keri No Sambhaar
Ingredients
1 raw mango
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp sambhaar
Method
Peel and cut the mango into small pieces.
Add the oil and sambhaar and mix well.
Serve at room temperature.

Tomato Pickle - South Indian
Ingredients
Tomato : ½ kilo
Tamarind : a small ball
Fenugreek : 1 tsp
Mustard : 2 tsp
Chilli powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Salt : as needed
Asafoetida : as needed
Gingelly oil : ¼ litre

Mango Pickle - Sourh Indian
Ingredients:
Mango
Chilly Powder
Asfoetida and Fengreek powder
Mustard
Method:
1. Take some raw ripe mangos. Cut it into small pieces.
2. Add chilli powder and mix it.
3. Heat the oil with asfoetida and fenugreek powder and mustard and pour on mango mix.
4. Mix them well.
